Saudi Arabia TV 1 is an official television station of the Saudi Government. Saudi 1 was established by the late King Faisal. The first test television transmissions in the Kingdom took place in 1965. The channel is state run and is administered by the Ministry of Culture and Information.
This channel plays special programs and content during the month of Ramadan.
